David Mayer

David W. Mayer is a member of the Oil Painters of America (OPA). He is an avid plein air landscape painter and impressionist with an emphasis on portraying the beauty of Colorado and the Rocky Mountain West as well as the Southwest, California and the West Coast. David has won significant national oil painting awards, been featured in Western Art Collector and Southwest Art magazines, and participates in major national and regional art shows including the C.M. Russell Museum’s “The Russell”, the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale, the Settlers West Gallery American Miniature show and others. Represented by Trailside Galleries; Jackson, WY; Total Arts in Taos, NM; Evergreen Fine Art and other fine art galleries, his paintings are held in private and corporate collections worldwide.
